www.naturenurtures.net is a site operated by Naturenurtures Pte Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”). We are registered in Singapore under company number 201421569W and have our registered office at 7500A Beach Road #07-305 Singapore 199591
We are a private company limited by shares.
We are not a ‘registered medical practitioner’ as described under Sec 16 of the Medical Registration Act (Chapter 174) of Singapore, and it is not our intention to hold ourselves out as such.
Accessing our site
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.
If you have been issued with or have created access code(s), such as user ID or passwords to access restricted areas of the site (for example log in passwords), you must keep all access codes secret and must not allow any other person or organization to use these to access the site. You must notify us immediately of any suspected or actual unauthorized use of your access codes.

Please be aware that you remain under the clinical responsibility of your medical doctor or the general practitioner (GP) for the duration of your homeopathic or alternative treatments. If you are on prescribed medication and wish to stop using it you should consult your GP and explain that you are seeking homeopathic or alternative treatment to support you in withdrawal. Your GP will advise you on the pace of withdrawal. Responsibility for adjusting or withdrawing prescribed medication lies solely with the patient and their GP.

However, to set up an appointment your name, address, email, phone are required. Information provided during your consultations is strictly private, and we will ensure full confidentiality, except in situations where we may be required to disclose information to any law enforcement authorities, or are required to cooperate in any civil or criminal investigations, in or outside of Singapore. We will make a sincere effort to respond to your requests to correct personal information inaccuracies in a timely manner.
Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, you may commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse and Cybersecurity Act (Chapter 50A) of Singapore.
