You get black sesame, unpolished white sesame, flaxseeds, jaggery HEALTHY ladoos.
Now these are just the macro ingredients.
The micro ingredients are….
Pistachios ,walnuts, almonds, pecan nuts,hazel nuts, sunflower seeds ,pumpkin seeds,chick peas
Raisins, cardamom powder
So then how do you go about making them?
Let’s go….

Ingredients
Macro
1/4 cup black sesame seeds
1/4 cup unpolished white sesame seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
3/4 cup jaggery

Micro
2 almonds
2 walnuts
4 pistachios
2 tsp sunflower seeds
2 tsp pumpkin seeds
2 tsp raisins
1 tsp cardamom
3 tsp water
1 tsp ghee

Method
Dry roast seeds and nuts separately and set aside
Grate the jaggery and set aside
In a thick bottom pan add the ghee ,when it melts add the jaggery, stir it gently till it melt and starts bubbling
Keep on stirring till the jaggery thickens( drop a bit of hot jaggery in a small bowl of normal temperature water,
if it balls up, the thickness is of desired consistency)
Now add the cardamom powder, raisins and stir quickly
add the seeds and nuts in handful , stirring all the while
When all the ingredients have been added, stir nicely and take the mixture off the heat
Now apply ghee on both the hands ( so as not to burn)
Scoop tablespoonful from the mixture and roll into balls

Yummy ! healthy! ladoos are ready to share and eat.
